Production process
It is processed from high-quality low-carbon steel wire rods, and galvanized iron wire is divided into hot galvanized wire and cold galvanized wire (galvanized wire). It is processed from high-quality low-carbon steel through processes such as drawing, pickling, rust removal, high-temperature annealing, hot galvanizing, and cooling.

Galvanized iron wire has good toughness and elasticity, with a maximum zinc content of 300 grams per square meter. It has characteristics such as thick galvanized layer and strong corrosion resistance.

application
The products are widely used in various fields such as architecture, handicrafts, weaving silk screens, making galvanized flower hooks, plastering wall nets, highway guardrails, product packaging, and daily civilian use.

Process: Rolling hot metal billets into 6.5mm thick steel bars, also known as wire rods, and then placing them into a wire drawing device to draw wires of different diameters. Gradually reducing the diameter of the wire drawing disc, cooling, annealing, coating and other processing processes are carried out to produce various specifications of iron wires. It contains components such as iron, cobalt, nickel, copper, carbon, zinc, and other elements.

Traits: softer than ordinary black iron wire, stronger flexibility, uniform softness, and consistent color.

Usage: Mainly used in construction, mining, chemical industry, welding net, welding clothes rack, reprocessing, etc. After annealing, the iron wire becomes softer and its flexibility increases, making it more effective for building wire binding and steel reinforcement binding.
